To promote the implementation of the "Long-Term Youth Development Plan of Hebei Province (2018-2025)", accelerate the construction of "Law-abiding Zhuanhua, Polite Zhuanhua, Beautiful Zhuanhua, and Rising Zhuanhua", and help students from disadvantaged families overcome difficulties and realize their dreams, on August 25th, the Communist Youth League Committee of Zhuanhua held the 15th "Students from Poor Families - Dream Realization Action" Zhuanhua Hope Project Scholarship Distribution Ceremony in the 3rd floor conference room of Jin Zhuoyi High School. More than 50 people, including the youth league secretaries of townships (streets), caring individuals from all walks of life, the recipients of assistance, and their parents, participated in the event. This event distributed a total of over 30,000 yuan in scholarships and charitable supplies.

Since the launch of the "Students from Poor Families - Dream Realization Campaign", it has passed through 15 years, and has cumulatively raised over 1.5 million yuan in social funds, providing assistance to more than 550 impoverished college students.
