Since its establishment in 2003, Wanxin Technology Co., Ltd. of Zunhua City has invested a total of 119 million yuan, covering an area of 43,560 square meters and a building area of 28,130 square meters. After years of hard work and struggle, it has now become a company with strong development momentum and great innovation capabilities, specializing in research, production, sales and service. Its annual production capacity is 35,000 tons. The main products are cast iron counterweights, suitable for industries such as loaders, excavators, graders and forklifts, and the business scope ranges from 0.05 tons to 18 tons. Machining, primer and finish coat are completed. 

Wan Xin has initiated the construction of a subsidiary factory in an effort to expand its market share and enhance its competitiveness. This subsidiary factory is capable of achieving an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons. 

In 2024, Wanxin Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the "Quality Excellence Award" by CATERPILLAR Company. 

Our company adopts the Caterpillar Inc. management system, the cultural system, the operation system, implements 5S management, operates the BIQ quality management system, and holds the ISO9001 quality management system certification. The company has also received honors such as Green Factory, Hebei Province Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise,Hebei Province Key Industries for Heavy Pollution Days - Grade B Enterprise etc,Hebei Province Enterprises under the Positive List for Environmental Protection Supervision, and Hebei Province High-tech Enterprise. 

◆ Main production equipment: V-process production line, medium-frequency electric furnace, shot blasting machine, drilling machine, lathe, gantry milling machine, CNC end face milling machine, spray painting room, etc. Main testing instruments: three-coordinate measuring machine, C-S analyzer, Si-Mn analyzer, etc.

◆ The company currently has 115 employees, including 10 management personnel and 5 senior casting engineers. It has long-term and stable cooperative relationships with global 500 strong construction machinery and special vehicle manufacturers such as Caterpillar, Volvo, Kato, Osa, Alamo, and Komatsu from multiple developed countries. It is a well-known local export enterprise earning foreign exchange.
