Product manufacturing process
Meet all the technical design and process requirements of the customers.

1. V method casting
Our company is mainly specializes in V-method casting, with a casting range of 0.05 tons to 18 tons. The overall dimensions are 3 meters × 1.1 meters × 1.5 meters. The annual sales are 18,000 tons, and the production capacity can reach 35,000 tons.
The main equipment are:
①.Medium frequency electric furnace
②.Water ring vacuum pump
③.Standardized sand treatment system

2. Clean up
The cleaning workshop is mainly handles processes such as hole popping, sand sticking, oxide scale, flash burrs and other processes in rough parts.
The main equipment are:
①.Vertical shot blasting machine
②.Hand push grinders, various types of angle grinders, etc.

3. Machinging workshop
The machining workshop mainly processes surfaces, slots, holes, threads, etc.
The main equipment are:
①.CNC end milling machine
②.Radial drilling machine
③.Gantry CNC milling machine

4. Three-coordinate full-size inspection
After the product is processed, the product is subjected to three-dimensional full-size inspection.

5. Refinement
After the second shot blasting, the workpiece is transferred to the finishing workshop for the processes of scraping putty → polishing → spraying primer.
The main tools include louvers, grinders, grinding discs, pneumatics, etc.

6. Topcoat
After the workpiece is transferred to the topcoat workshop, it is polished according to regulations and spray-painted in the transfer spray-painting room to achieve a qualified finished product. The main tools include polishing machines, pneumatic machine, spray gun, etc.

7. Packaging
In order to avoid bumps and scratches on the workpiece and keep the appearance intact, it must be packaged. The packaging should be designed according to the product structure and customer requirements. There are two main packaging materials: wood and sectional steel. The auxiliary materials include: packaging foam, tape, rubber, etc.
