Classification and characteristics of mechanical counterweight process

The mechanical counterweight process can be divided into three basic parts, namely, mechanical counterweight metal preparation, mold preparation and casting processing. Mechanical counterweight metal refers to the metal material used for pouring castings in the production of mechanical counterweight. It is an alloy composed of a metal element as the main component and added with other metals or non-metal elements. It is customarily called mechanical counterweight.

Gold mainly includes cast iron, cast steel and mechanical counterweight non-ferrous alloys.

Special requirements for the production of mechanical counterweights: due to special requirements, some castings have to undergo post-casting treatments, such as heat treatment, anti-rust treatment, and rough machining.
